SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments
may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you
via email or phone.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use the United States Postal Service to ship items. Prices will be calculated at checkout. USPS has the best overall shipping company for small businesses because they ship both domestically and internationally, offer discounts and loyalty credits to small businesses, and deliver goods within 2–9 days on average.
Shipment Confirmation + Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped that has your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties + Taxes

Honey Bones Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or
after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Honey Bones Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order
damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and
damaged goods before filing a claim.
REFUND POLICY
We understand that sometimes you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase. We're here to help and we want to learn from your experience.

purchase, and a picture of the product(s) for you are requesting the refund, if applicable.

Refunds + Exchanges

We will do our best to resolve your issue. In the case of a refund, we will notify you on the status of your refund
and initiate a refund or grant store credit if desired. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days,
depending on your card issuer's policies.
